Patient Portal

The Intelichart Patient Portal is a convenient method of sending secure messages, requesting refills, and scheduling appointments. You will also have access to your child's lab results, vaccine records, visit summaries, and growth measurements.  

If you are an existing patient who has access to the Intelichart Patient Portal, you can access your portal login below: 

If you are an existing patient who does not have access to the Intelichart Patient Portal, please contact the office at (704) 368-4351 to send you an email with a PIN to register your child. Please note that if you are sent an email, you will need to register your child within 24 hours or the link will expire. 

If you are an existing patient that already has a portal account and you have already been sent an email with a PIN to add another child, then you will first need to log into your existing account. Once logged in, you will navigate to Settings>Add Child/Dependent, and enter the PIN(s) you were given for the additional patient(s).

If you do not have access to the patient portal and have received a bill in the mail, you can make a payment online by accessing our online payments here. Please note, you will need your child's account number from your statement available to make the payment.
