Having a Baby?

Congratulations! Simply give us a call or send us a message, and we will be happy to answer any questions that you have about our practice, hours, policies, and the services we provide. 

Before your first visit:

As soon as you know when your newborn will be discharged from the hospital after birth, please call our office to schedule the baby's first visit. Typically, Dr. Moon will arrange for the first visit within 2-3 days of discharge from the hospital unless there are medical problems that would require us to see your infant sooner. Please remember to bring all records from the hospital with you to the first visit so that we can answer all of your questions about your baby's care.

After the first visit:

Typically, your infant will be seen 3-5 days after birth, 2 weeks of age, and 1 month of age to make sure they are healthy and growing well the first few weeks of life. Please note that most newborns are covered under the mother's insurance for the first 30 days of life until their insurance is active.
